Kostas has a BA from the University of North London (now called London Metropolitan University) on “Tourism and Marketing”, and a Masters Postgraduate degree on “Tourism and Sustainability” from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Kostas graduated on February 13, 2006 and started his first company 3 years later.
From a very young age, Kostas was involved in the Tourism Industry, following his parents’ steps, who were holding a travel agency in his home town, Kalamata.
Visit Katakolon is a new project for him which aims to demonstrate the long term benefits, for both tourists and local communities alike, of sustainable tourism practices in the Peloponnese.

Stelios got his diploma as a Driving Instructor on May 2008. Even before becoming a student, still at school, he was working in the car hire industry which gave him the opportunity to discover the magic of Tourism.
Now he plays a vital role in Visit Katakolon, as he is in charge of the fleet used by the company. Moreover, he is in charge of the recruitment and the training of our staff, ensuring the high quality service to our clients.
Our team consists of:
Tour Leaders who are trained to provide commentary during the driving portions of our tours and they join all groups on foot.
Guide Chauffeurs who are trained about the region so that they can provide excellent commentary during the driving and the walking portions of our tours.
Licensed Guides who have the utmost training, as required by Greek government, to offer commentary on our driving tours, on our walking tours and also inside the historical sites and museums.
We are fully committed to provide top quality services for individual guests and travel agencies from around the world.
